These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the access to and use of the online gaming platform operated under the brand name ohtogel, accessible at https://ohtogel.lat (the "Platform", "Website", "Service"). The Platform is operated by ohtogel International Ltd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated and operating under international licensing jurisdiction.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means — you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease use of the Platform immediately. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as amended from time to time.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of a User's deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings held in their Account wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, reload bonuses, free bet credits, or other incentive funds credited to an Account under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Deposited Funds" means real money deposited by a User into their Account using an approved payment method.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "Platform" means the ohtogel website, mobile site, and any associated software and applications.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover Requirement") means the minimum total volume of bets a User must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which deposits and withdrawals are transacted on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or the Company's licensing obligations.

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You must be at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling activity on this Platform;
• You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, or organisation;
• You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion or account suspension on the Platform or any affiliated platform;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your country of residence;
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of the Company or any of its affiliated entities.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each eligible User may register one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple Accounts are detected, the Company will merge or terminate the duplicate Accounts and may confiscate any balances or winnings associated with the duplicated registration.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your Account.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, the Company will require you to complete its KYC verification process. This typically requires you to submit:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent;
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment method ownership, where applicable (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet).

The Company may at its sole discretion request additional documentation for enhanced due diligence on higher-value accounts or transactions. KYC verification is typically processed within one (1) business day of document submission during normal operating hours.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access attributable to a User's failure to maintain credential security. You must notify our support team immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction for most methods;
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted;
• The Company reserves the right to refuse, hold, or return any deposit at its sole discretion, particularly where fraud or money laundering activity is suspected.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction;
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request is processed;
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible;
• The Company targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for standard verified withdrawals, though processing times may extend during periods of high volume, public holidays, or system maintenance;
• Bonus Funds and associated winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted (see Section 7).

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following general usage terms. Violation of any of the following may result in Account suspension, termination, or forfeiture of funds.

• You may only use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes, in jurisdictions where your participation is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not access or attempt to access the Platform using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or any software that simulates human interaction;
• You must not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise the Platform's software, games, or security systems;
• You agree that the Company's decisions regarding game outcomes — where determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer results — are final and binding;
• You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that ohtogel makes no guarantee of profit or return;
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with any applicable local laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

Ohtogel offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms accompanying each individual offer:

• Bonuses are only available to Users who have completed KYC verification unless otherwise stated;
• Each promotion will specify its applicable wagering requirement (rollover) — typically between 20x and 30x the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of RM100 with a 25x wagering requirement requires RM2,500 in total qualifying bets before the bonus value becomes withdrawable;
• Wagering requirements must generally be completed within the time limit specified in the respective promotion (typically 7–30 days);
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's specific terms. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate;
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements;
• The Company reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, and to recover any bonus funds credited in error;
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotional offers will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account termination.

All bets and gaming activity on the Platform are subject to the following general rules:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is binding and cannot be reversed except where a technical error demonstrably affected the outcome;
• The Company reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including where clearly incorrect odds were published due to a system or human error;
• For live sports betting, bets placed after an event has materially concluded (but before the Platform has updated its markets) may be voided at the Company's discretion;
• All slot and table game outcomes are generated by independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The Company's determination of game outcomes is final;
• Technical malfunctions during a game session — such as disconnections — may result in a bet being voided and any stake returned, depending on the game provider's rules. No winnings will be paid for incomplete sessions where outcome cannot be determined;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per event. These are displayed on the relevant game or market interface.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any prohibition in this section constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and fund forfeiture:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Creating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account;
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player format;
• Using software, algorithms, or automated scripts to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform's software — any winnings accrued as a result of a known or suspected error must be reported and may be confiscated;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting on sports events;
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers through systematic arbitrage, bonus hunting strategies, or any coordinated group activity designed to extract value from promotions unfairly;
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, threatens, or intimidates other users or Company staff;
• Any conduct that constitutes a criminal offence or infringes the rights of any third party.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the ohtogel brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data — is the property of the Company or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the Company's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ohtogel and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any gambling losses sustained by a User during their use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of data, winnings, or Account access resulting from circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to network outages, payment provider failures, or force majeure events;
• Any technical interruptions, errors, or delays caused by third-party game providers, payment processors, or internet service providers.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, the Company's total liability to any User for any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• A User has failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• The Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• A User has registered from or is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• A User has been identified as under 21 years of age.

Upon termination for breach, any balance attributable to Bonus Funds, winnings derived from Bonus Funds, or funds obtained through prohibited activity may be forfeited. Verified Deposited Funds not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the User via the original payment method subject to completion of withdrawal processing requirements.

Ohtogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Company provides a suite of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits — Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their Account;
• Loss Limits — Users may impose limits on the maximum net loss permitted within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits — Users may set maximum session duration reminders;
• Cooling-Off Periods — Users may suspend Account activity for a defined period (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion — Users may permanently self-exclude from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to our support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

The Company implements technical and organisational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption — to protect User data from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law and licensing obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Curaçao jurisdiction, consistent with the Company's international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to the Company's customer dispute resolution process.

Users should direct any dispute or complaint to our support team via live chat in the first instance. The Company aims to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached, Users may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided under the Company's applicable licensing framework.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, the Company will endeavour to notify Users via a platform notification or email to the registered address on file. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users who do not agree with an amendment must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
